Our dance program has been designed to engage students at all skill levels in dance as they learn a full hip hop routine, gain an understanding of the elements of dance, and complete the program with an abundance of new creative moves.
Throughout the program, students will also be involved in the following:
- Discussions and activities based around the elements of dance (space, time, dynamics, relationships)
- An understanding of storytelling through dance and cultural dance
- Learning shorter routines that combine different aspects of dance.
- Our high energy staff members come to each lesson prepared to adapt each activity and routine to all skill levels, catering to each individual and ensuring that all students are provided with the opportunity to develop their skills in dance.
New curriculum
Our dance program has been designed to cover, and assess students on, outcomes from within the Movement, Skill and Performance strand of the NSW PDHPE syllabus. Outcomes from other strands have also been integrated into each dance lesson. This means that our dance program not only allows students the opportunity to develop their movement skills and a sense of confidence within dance, but also provides the opportunity to work on interpersonal and self-management skills.
Equipment
At this age, it is all about participation and engagement. We supply more and great quality equipment than any provider. Our running and jumping lessons are jam packed with lots of specialised equipment to help develop their technique and we have soft rubber discusses and shots to ensure safe lessons.

Our staff are highly trained and are all believers in our company philosophy of building a Fit Future. Our staff aims to get pupils enjoying lessons and creating healthy habits for life. Our NSW accredited teachers have amazing programs and lesson plans but also the skills to adapt to your pupils and your school!
